Having decided to hang up my helmet earlier this year after 40 years racing with the SCCA, I needed something to play with and recently purchased a 1975 TR6. I’m not new to the 6, owning a 1969 from new for many years. It’s sale financed my first Sports Racer a kit that I raced after starting in formula cars.

The 75 need some work. It runs but is a wireing nightmare. Mechanically and cosmetically is in good shape.

I’m forward to the knowledge that is available on the forum. Thanks for having me.

I know who he is but I never met him. He built a few DSR racers using LeGrand components. A friend of mine from PA has one but has not raced in several years. Paul is a several time SCCA National Champion I believe. I think he raced again recently.

Welcome aboard Pete, Triumphs are great. I am also a SCCA member in St.Louis, ran a MINI S.
 
We used to have a hillclimb (near Eureka,CA),& looking through past results,
I noticed that Paul set a class record,& used to live in Trinidad,CA.
I stopped by his place near Sears Point Raceway,where he's still working on race cars.
