Hi, I'm Rod farnsworth.I've been propted to enter an intro by Basil so here goes. I have a 1968 Lotus Super7, a 1968 Lotus Europa S2, A 1962 Ford Cortina and the 1979 Jag XJ6L. Photos and desciptions are on my web site at:-index
The Jag is my driver but doesn't like Calgary winters. The others are in various stages or rebuild and repair. See web for parts I need. I do need parts, who doesn't?
The major stubling block on the 7 is the gear box nylon gear lever bushing (early integral remote which is part of the tail shaft case on 3 rail box)
The Europa needs a set of pistons an liners for a High Compression Renault (10.5:1) Gordini 807 1565cc engine.
The Cortina needs lots..... see web
Any help on sourcing parts for Lotus and English Ford would be appreciated. I have visited most of the appropriate sites for these marques already.
Regards Rod

Welcome! That is a bunch of neat cars you have there. I particularly like the Seven. I am also from Calgary (well Airdrie).

Hi Rod, welcome to our humble forum! Hope you enjoy your time here and find it a fun and useful place to hang out. Since you have two Lotuses (Loti?) I hope you don't mind that I move your post to the Lotus forum (You posted in the Classified forum - that's for selling stuff). Anyway, no biggie. Welcome again!

Basil
