We stayed a night in Flagstaff AZ on our recent trip west. I noticed a couple of interesting cars in the parking lot of the hotel. These aren't available in the US yet, are they?

Some hot weather testing perhaps? They both had manufacturer's plates.

Off color panels and Michigan plates. Most likely being tested for the heat. They look similar when they come to Colorado for high altitude testing.
