Finally a program that will work for me. I started today and have ( burp) never felt better.
 
Just remember, so as to not strain your "scroll finger", use your other hand to drink with. Don't want a blowout of any kind ya know?

Sorry, I'm a diabetic...only booze I can drink is Bacardi Gold & Diet Coke with a twist of lime......Cuba Libre!!
