How about the new electric motorcycles. Hard to believe the performance there getting out of them. 150 or more MPH! 175 miles before re charge on the present models. Only thing I'm wondering is, do they include a sound system that mimics the cr0tch rockets screaming and whining noise? If they don't, the younger set won't buy them! :highly_amused: PJ

Paul - on weekends in Connecticut, there are *thousands* of guys on motorcycles roaring over all our two lane blacktop roads. They seem to travel in "packs" of a dozen or more. Drives us nuts. They'll even block traffic at a signal light, so they can all stay together. I don't think there's a muffler on any of them.

I agree - if they didn't make all that noise, would the "packs" still operate?

No worries Paul..... for a couple of bucks their all electric can have muscle power sound. All they have to do is plug a soundracer into their stereo system. The new ones have a classic motorcycle sound included.

I will have a Brompton just cause they are so cool. Fold up better than any bike, just cost a bunch. Electric version is neat with the motor in the wheel but not for me as I am still able to pedal.

I got a Harley guy on the other side of the block who announces his manhood every time he comes and goes. Talk to, prank or.....

They can do like we did as kids and put playing cards in the spokes for the sound effects.

LOL, Yeah, I forgot about that! The more cards, the more cylinders! :highly_amused:. That was funny, gee whiz that brings back memories. PJ

Yeah with enough cards you could sound just like a Honda. Oh wait. We didn't have Hondas way back then. :highly_amused:
