New diet

Something tells me it's his 1800 calorie per day limit that did the trick.

With all the hoo-pla about diets, pills, exercise, surgery, etc., I've often wondered why folks don't just

Neanderthals probably had the diet thing figured out about 100,000 years ago: eat lotsa veggies and fruits, easy on the fatty/carby stuff, get some exercise.

I chase mine down...

...with a nice Cabernet or Chablis.
 
If I could only eat Twinkies, I would get so tired of eating Twinkies that I wouldn't want to eat, and presto! I would lose weight.
