We have all heard of "a pride of lions" and "a flock of sheep", but how about automotive equivalents? Here are a few ideas.......

A "pretence" of Camaros
A "hiss" of Cobras
A "roadblock" of mini-vans
A "troupe" of Midgets (Think about that one)
A "swarm" of 'B's
A "bore" of Oldsmobiles
A "herd" of Stags
A "pose" of Ferraris
A "squadron" of Spitfires
A "range" of Alpines
A "drool" of E-Types

You get the idea. Let's see how how ridiculous (or profound) we can get.

a six-pack of Sprites?

A gaggle of Galants

A barrage of Bristols

An avalanche of Alpines

A happy herd of Humbers and Hillmans (Hillmen?!).

A loose lot of Lotuses (Loti?!)

A range of Rovers

A bunch of Bentleys

A ton of turbo-Tridents

A phalanx of Fords

A cadre of Cortinas

A dashing display of Daimlers and Dellows

A mottled milieu of Minis

A satisfactory sample of Singers

A wild, wooly whirl of Wolsleys

A vague variety of Vaxhalls

……Oh I could go on!

A "Troupe" of Triumphs

A "Rash" of Rolls

A "Junket" of Jaguars

A "Mass" of Metropolitans

A pinch of dashers
A pile of pontiacs
A syzygy of comets
A hale of Vauxhalls
A durge of Delorians
A jigger of Jaguars
A kennel of K- Cars

An empire of Imperials

A mess of Mustangs

An encampment of Edsels

A pile of Peugots

A bank of Silver Shadows? (think fog bank. A bit tenuous that one). A ring of Star Sapphires? (Armstrong Siddeley, obscure I suppose, but the easy ones are taken!) A court of Princesses. A squadron of Spitfires would most likely be met by a Staffel of (Porsche) Speedsters. A herd of Stags should watch out for a pride of Jaguars. Or a pack of Hunters. Of course, you only ever need one Escort.....
-William (English major. Sorry.)

Oh, wait a sec. A pit of Cobras, naturally, and to continue on a theme, a pair of Aces is all you really need.
-Wm.

I have to add:

A Litter of Cougars (or Jaguars)
A Flight of Spitfires
A Run of Barracuda
A Warren of Rabbit
A School of Corvette Sting Rays
An Ambush of Tigers

Not strictly British cars but I was on a roll.

Oooh! Oooh! Mr. Kottah! Mr. Kottah! How about:
A range of Dolomites?
A bottle of Genies?
A CC of Sevens? (oh, I need a

)
An army of Invaders?
A constellation of Jupiters?
A shower of Comets?
and finally, A Square of Berkeleys?
-Wm. (boy this is fun!)

As I recently started reading the Bond novels, how about a Casino of Royales? (the Bugatti. I know, that one's a bit shakey too. Cant win em all...) A holster of Berettas? (the Chevy) A tube of Neons? An innie of Audis?
-Wm. (oh, man)

An "Illumination" of Mazdas

A "Skein" (sp?) of Cords

An "Embassy" of (Dodge) Diplomats.

A "Fleet" of Corvettes
