New Caretaker of my Dad's '62 BT-7

Hello --

About a month ago I took over as the caretaker of my Dad's '62 Austin Healey 3000. He dragged it out of junkyard in 1979-80 and has spent the last 30+ years restoring it but unfortunately over the past few years the car has sat idle more than it's been driven. So, we made the decision to move it 200-ish miles away into my garage where I can work on getting it back on the road. I've known this car almost my whole life, and I'm excited that I get the opportunity to continue on what my Dad started.

I'm sure this forum will be an invaluable resource, and I look forward to interacting with many of you.

Welcome to the forum P! It's great that you are working to get your Dad's car back in operating condition! You will find our Austin Healey forum a very active and helpful place with decades (centuries?) of accumulated knowledge about these great cars!
