Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. Looks for knowledgeable owners. I have a 61' Healey that is set up for SCCA racing. Brand new engine build but would love to learn from somebody local.

Here are some pictures. Let me know what you think. I've also got some spare parts that came with the car that I have no need for so I'll be posting them in the classifieds.

The person you want to get to know is Mickey Plesent in Carlsbad Calif. Mickey raced the circuits back when and currently builds 1275 engines as sort of a hobby.
He has a real nice Bugeye right now. One of the cars he used to own is racing at the Coronado Speedfest this weekend. it is now owned by a woman whose last name is Dubois.

Well if you bought it from Mickey I would think you are in good hands already. As far as cruising john Felt hopefully will have the Bugeye Barbeque again this year. If he does have it expect to be cruising the coast and the back country with about 15 other Bugeyes. lots of fun. I am sure Mickey will be there also.

Shouldn't this be sent to the Sprite sight? Although we all love and respect the "bug eyes" you will get more information there.
