There is a new BE Project Car just posted for sale on Bugeyeparts.com this AM. On jackstands and stored in CA and NV since '80's. No idea on price but for anyone looking for a BE this might be a great candidate. NFI - I can't handle more than one at a time.

More info from Owner. This one will not last long. Again NFI on my part.

The soft top is folded and on top of the bonnet as it hangs from the ceiling of the garage. I believe that is what you are seeing and questioning as damage to the bonnet. There is no apparent damage to the bonnet. I have other photos which I can transmit via e-mail if that would be useful to you - if there is some specific detail you would like to see, let me know and I will try to get you what you want. This is a project I never started - my attention and resources were diverted elsewhere - the usual story of cramped quarters, kids, colleges, etc. I do not know why it was in a barn north of San Francisco in the early 80's - that is where I found it. I convinced my newlywed bride that we should buy it so we would have his/her Bugeyes to drive. Remarkably, we are still married but it is apparent that I am not the one to put this car on the road anytime soon. I am looking for $2200.

I think this one is now gone, offer made to purchase by Lew McAllan this AM.Congrats Lew. I knew this one would not last long.
