No matter where I travel or how much good food I eat while I'm there, nothing compares to sitting on the screened dining porch under a slow turning ceiling fan on a Saturday morning while eating Jerri's hot scratch-made biscuits & gravy with a platter of bacon & fresh tomatoes she's just picked from her garden....Hmmmmm.....gotta love that woman regardless of how bad such a breakfast is for me healthwise.

But, you never eat the last biscuit.....you may need it as a snack later in the day - with thick sugar cane molasses spooned over i!

I've come to the conclusion in my 'age of enlightenment' (translate: senior citizen status) that what my wife doesn't know I eat won't kill me!

Though I do have a friend who is committing sucide by mouth!
