This may sound crazy, but I noticed my needles
were up into the piston. I loosened them up and made
them flush with the piston, the way the manual said they
should be. Wow! What a difference, some of you might recall
I've been having a hard time starting after my TR3 was warmed-up.
Everything good now....I hope.

Great to here that you got it sorted out, but you should post this onto the other "Needles" thread that you started concerning the engine running rich. This way there is a resolution to a problem all in one place for future reference if someone else has a similar problem later on.
