Are there different sizes of eyelet for the twist fastener for the tonneau covers? Went to West Marine and theirs looked too large to fit properly.

Personally Cap, I would get them from a Healey specialist or at the very least a Classic Car parts specialist, they would be the right size then.

Bob is right. The eyelets do come in several sizes, and are mated to the corresponding size fasteners. I just replaced several of mine. Got them from a local upholstery shop that does car/boat tonneaus, but I brought a fastener with me to ensure I got the right ones. Moss Motors, among others, carry the right ones.

I suggest you visit your local upholstery shop. There's only one place that more expensive than a Classic Car parts supplier and that's a marine parts store.....
