So I've had a leaky hd6 carb for some time, finally got around to finding out the rubber on the jet sleeve was ripped so I just purchased and installed rebuild kits. Throw it back together and they're still leaking from the area in the picture.

I'm starting to rack my brain here, it's leaking at about a drop every 2 seconds

never mind, I pulled it all apart and found that my brand new jet sleeve rubber is cracked!?!?!?! Brand new? What the heck, I'm thinking about melting the crack together...

Sportsnclassics, seems like they probably just spent too much time on the shelf. Guy is giving me a new one and then sending me another as a spare when the new shipment gets in.
