We're getting to the point when we apply the paint to the body. Is there any literature regarding paint color and locatio. ie; under hood, in wheel wells,in trunk etc. It's all apart, I may as well get the right colors where they belong. Frame is already repainted black.

The Complete Original TR series of books with great information in both the text and great pictures is a good resource. Unfortunately I think it is out of print and can be hard to find.

Yes, I've had trouble finding this for a reasonable price. Thanks.

Guessing... It's the hole for the radio antenna wire (if so equipped) to enter the cockpit.

Mark,
Now that you mention it you can see the four screw holes for the speaker around the cutout....nothing like that mono am unit blasting away.

Rusty55:
For the answer to what and where to paint, go to TRA's web site at www.triumphregister.com Once there go to the News & Events tab and scroll to the bottom to find "Download the TR2/3 TRA Judging...." That 60 or 70 page download will answer all your questions for interior, exterior, chassis and underhood. Impossible to restore a side screen car correctly without that guide.

Yikes! I COMPLETELY misread that photo. Yep, it's a speaker hole, alright. Disregard my earlier embarrassing post!
