I have installed new rear lever arm shocks on my 1967 Austin Healey 3000 following verbal directions. I don't think that the installation was right. Here is a picture of the shock on the driver's side with the car jacked up by the frame. It looks like there could be no more upward movement of the shock lever if the car would drive over a bump.
