Need help! Weak spark.

Still nothing. I cleaned every terminal and checked for continuity. All seem in order. Using my meter set to DC 20, black to ground & red to center of coil, read 10.5 and each terminal was either .4 or 10.5. Check a spare coil got the same reading.
