T-Series Need Help, Clutch/Brake MC on 1959 Magnette

Have a friend that has gone through 3 Master cylinder's on his 1959 MG Magnette.
Last kit he got was from my suggestion to speak to Moss.
He got the kit, they told him it was the same as a MGA kit.

Well, He used the kit, worked for about 5 weeks, now it sticks.

I found a company in Dallas, they told me $975 for a Clutch/Brake master cylinder.

Anyone have any suggestions?
