Wanted Need Fuel Gauge for 1959 Bugeye

Hello All,

Looking for a Smiths fuel gauge for a 1959 Bugeye Sprite that has been stored in a basment for nearly 25 years. The Smiths number on the face of the gauge is FG2530/31.

Please let me know if you have one I could acquire. Also, any and all leads will be appreciated too as these things seem to have disappeared!

I have the gauge you described. It is the same number on the face. I tried to test it and the needle moves up to about 1/8 with either 12V or 6V on the posts. The same if you switch the polarity. Don't know if this means it is good or not. The needle swings freely through entire range if you rotate the instrument in your hand. The case is undamaged
and the chrome ring is bright and shining. It has all the hardware. I can send pictures if you are interested.
