need front hub for my daily driver help!

hi everyone, i have a 70 tr6 and i need a good front hub cheap if anyone has an extra. there was a lot of play in the wheel so i took the hub apart thinking it just needed new wheel bearings, well the grease was all burned up and come to find out the inner wheel bearing race had spun. i figured i would wait for my wheel bearing kit and hopefully the old race was just worn and no damage to the hub. wrong! i put the new race in only to find it has plenty of play to just spin easily by finger. anyone have an extra tr6 hub? you can email me here or at x3deltadart@cox.net

It sounds like you've been Pedro-ized.

The Roadster Factory is probably your best
solution if this car is your daily driver.

Sometimes it's best to bite the bullet and get

For whatever it's worth, the hub should be the same from the disc-brake TR3 right through the TR6: p/n 114284 for disc wheels and 114283 for wire wheels. I presume the difference in part numbers refers only to original hub assemblies with their different lengths of studs for disc wheels or wire wheel adapters, respectively.

Not sure if I've anything "loose" kicking around the barn....
 
You can tighten up a loose race by taking a center punch and using it to punch a series of marks along the outer edge of the bearing race. Often this will be just enough to keep it from spinning.

If you still think you need a hub I have one you can have for $15.00 plus $8.90 for USPS Priorty shipping...it's from a '58 "TR3...
