Need computer help

I'm sitting here with 3 computers (mine, wife's, and wife's laptop) and need some help. For some reason some pictures that I post, and I guess some other people have posted, do not show on 1 computer, all I see is that little white box with red X. I think I've gone thru every setting (resolution, etc.) and all three computers are set the same. Also the font on the BCF site is larger on the same computer than the other 2 (again settings are the same) and this is the only site that's different. What am I missing?
It wouldn't make a difference except my computers in the next room and it's 20 degrees colder in there.
Suggestions (besides moving my computer or using the laptop)?

There almost has to be something set differently on the one computer. The trick is to figure out what.

Look at your virus protection--it sounds like you have the "don't show popups" or such enabled. Had the same problem until I found the tool-option that was the problem. Are you using the same protection in all yur computers. The other thought is one computer may not be set up to take a picture with a certain resolution.

Bus,

It could also be the time of day you are
on-line and the type of isp connection.

I have cable connection and when the internet
is overloaded like when the kids come home from
school or parents get home from work, I also
get the white boxes with red X in them.

I think the boxes are caused by data log jams.
The images get pushed out to let smaller chunks
of dats thru.

I have one hard wire computer and three wifi
computers. The wifi computers are the first to
get the white box sickness.

There is also a screen function that gives you
the option to view images or not view. I am pretty
sure they give you plain text and not white boxes
with red X.

Sometimes things just run slow. It is 8:15 morning AST
and I can barely access BCF for some reason unknown.

See if you get boxes when you know very few folks will
be on-line. Check it with your hard wired primary computer
and you most distant wifi set.
