Need a litle Sage advice

Had to be substantial "wiggle room" for them to flatbed the car home. Good luck with the new Honda and the sale on CL.

My thoughts exactly

The newest car sales technique, to me anyway, is the exact car price .they say it is the bottom no negotiation price

Still have the Safari
well, sort of, it probably will show up Wed
Going to list it to Craiglist tomorrow

Something isn't right, I do not like the sound of this at all. They should have sent it back with you. Call them and confirm delivery BACK TO YOU, RECORD THE CONVERSATION! . This may be a trick, they may send it to the auction "by mistake" and sell it with a delayed title light trying to jam you up into a trade deal. Call them, record that they confirm the car is to be returned and was not ANY part of the deal in any way shape or form and you will take them to court if something "happens".

Confirm by email also but RECORD THE CALL !

If something does happen report it stolen immediately. I've NEVER in my life EVER heard of a dealer flat bedding a customer's car back ANYWHERE much less that amount of distance.

Already talked to the shipping company

Get the dealer on tape saying it's coming back. Trust me on this. Call and have them confirm it wasn't part of the deal and the day it will be returned, that's all you need. Upon a rethink, don't say anything about court, just let the chips falls and be ready if things don't work out. Don't worry, one way or the other; everything is gonna be just fine.

Don, I have heard of dealers "accidentally" selling cars that didn't belong to them before.

Remember when I asked if you may have missed something when you worked on the van?

Just please trust me on this, CYA....because an arse uncovered...... isn't vacant for long...
