Need a fitting

I'm looking for a ball valve or petcock (not sure what they call it over here!) for a fuel shutoff. Normally this would be easy, but I need it with -8AN male in and female out. Try as I might I can't seem to find anything that has AN fittings, they are all NPT.

Does anyone know where I might get such a thing?
TIA, Alan

I looked at all the usual places (and some not so usual). That's why I ended up asking here. I emailed the second place, perhaps I can custom order one.

Alan:

"""but I need it with -8AN male in and female out. """""""""

They were called 'tank valves' or "snap valves' and carried an AN part number. they are circa late 50's and 60's when used on aircraft as tank drains among other things.

I have a new old stock -8 male in and out with a bulkhead -8 on the inlet end. It has a correct lever to use with a cable.

this is an Eelco part #2752 and new in the poly bag...circa 1975. I need $30 for it.

They were quite common in the surplus market years ago and were use for fuel shutoffs and mostly -6 each end or female npt. Eelco of course is long out of business. You can contact me at oneandoutgo(at)man(dot)com or you might try Pete Jackson in Burbank CA or Hillborn (Fuel injection Engr) but they will be a lot more $$ and of a different design.

Not to knock Jerry B out of a sale, but why not just get a ball valve with female NPT both side and use NPT to AN fitting, that wouldn't take up too much room

I found one at a drag race place in CA. Arrived tonight and I fitted it so I'm good to go. SWMBO is a little annoyed about the gas smell in the house, but hey she's not happy unless she's complaining about something...
