Neat Healey watch

I was browsing Austin Healey Club sites and saw this neat watch on the Denmark club's web site (see attachment). Anyone out there speak Danish? I'd like to figure out how much it costs and how to order one if it is reasonable. I'm a sucker for Healey-related stuff, especially something unusual like this.

If I'm reading the price right on the web site as 286,25 DKK, that only equates to $46.27 according to xe.com currency converter. If that's the case, I might just get one! hi wana,just for kicks and gigles i punched in "austin healey wrist watch" on a search engine,and was very surprised at the number of differant ones that are offered,and the variation of prices,id buy one from a place here in the states in case it spits out a spring or somthin.warrenty would be simpler to cover. because as we all know "time marches on" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/yesnod.gif

You might very probably not need to. A fairly high proportion of Danes know English pretty well. As do the other Scandanavians and the Dutch. Its embarassing sometimes... I just received a nice note back from the Austin Healey Club in Denmark. Their webshop is run by a third party and they have given me contact information to inquire about ordering one of the watches to be sent to me here in the states. The price is indeed only about $45. I imagine it just has a cheap quartz movement, but that's ok for the price. I have sent the distributor an e-mail and will let you know about ordering one when I find out the particulars.

Talking about the one I posted. Maybe in a few years China will make a good watch but doubt one for a few bucks will run very long. Sort of the New York City Rolex.
