In my float bowles, light brown powder. Bet it is corn oil residue.

Oh, replacing carb gaskets, found that the ones on the bottom of the float bowl, you know the two black rubber ones were starting to deterate. Gesh they only a few years old, maybe 3 or so. More corn oil.

I am really sick of that stuff.

I am now officialy corn free for awile. No more problems from sticking float valves and this gasket change should resolve what is left.

ie seeps and leaks.
 
Finaly got around to replaceing gaskets on rear carb, It actually had fuel in the bowl unlike the front. However, the rubber gaskets on the bottom were starting to go.

I blame corn oil.
 
All done, now for the testing. Ran the elec pump and found no leaks or seeps so we will see.

Hot here 95 in the shade. Summer is upon us.
