Nash Metro Positive to Negative Ground

Well, next thing on 'Chuckles is changing to Neg Earth. So far, I've:

1) Turned around battery and reversed connections,
2) reversed low tension coil wires. Next up is:
3) 'sparking the generator'. Can someone give me the exact way to do that so the smoke stays in my wires?

Thank you.

Thank you. Turns out there are at least two ways to polarize and it is easy! Since I have a new wiring loom, I'll do the polarization right at the regulator. The more complicated things appear to be changing out electric tachs and such, which I don't have on 'Chuckles'.
