Well... That one is definately not in my visual memory databanks. I bet Coldplugs will know what it is.

That's made it WORSE!!! A 24D dizzy and HS2's duct taped, what appears as a positive ground system, TUBES for lower A-arms and coil-overs mounted well ahead of the mill....

Daimler-like rear coachwork but a front-end so TVR like as to be a copyright liability.... but then there's that high, strange hood (top, roof).

Definitely Ford based - looks like Aquaplane head, probably swing-axle front suspension, I think Rochdale too, but memory's getting faint . .
