That's a special aerodynamic Morgan. I believe it is one of 3 SR-1 models built to challenge LeMans . The picture below is the sister car from the 2009 Sonoma, CA Wine Country Classic where it was shipped in from England to compete at the 100 year celebration of the Morgan Marque.

Closest they ever came was the decidedly odd looking Plus 4+ coupe.

PS - I raced against one of the race coupes at Laguna Seca many years ago. Not bad looking at all!
 
Bristol was still in there for a while, now it seems that they are ultimately owned by a British-Swiss holding company.
