I disagree. My wife and I sometimes wonder who is smarter, me or her. I always win. The logic is impeccable.

I am smarter because I married her but she married me. Game, Set, Match. :grin:

Well I know I can't be an idiot because I was smart enough to marry the love of my life, Joal. 50 years ago on June 20, 1964. I plan to drive her to our 50th Wedding Anniversary party in our 1960 Austin Healey Sprite. Notice I said "OUR" 1960 Austin Healey Sprite. We share everything in life although she has never driven the Sprite. She does like to ride in it.
Three days after our party she is dumping me for a younger man. She is flying off to Cordelane Idaho with a younger man. He is our 14 year old Grandson, "Ethan" and they are going to Idaho to visit his Second couisins. it is only for a week and then we will be back together again to start working on our 60th anniversary.
 
At our 50th anniversary party, someone asked me for the secret to a long marriage. I said "find a girl who is too good for you but for some unknown reason is willing to accept you anyway." Well, it has worked for me anyway.

Oh, major congratulations Doug. You must be smarter than you take credit for.

58 years November 23rd, 2014! Don't know why she chose me, I had a load of competition back then, but I guess it shows just how smart SHE was back then! :highly_amused:. Had to go through three brothers and her Mom and Dad! Now that was a scary situation. I have three girls now and love them all! :encouragement: PJ
