Trying my hardest not to be a tourist, if you know what I mean... A trek to Vancouver, Victoria, and a little bit of Vancouver Island last week... And I've still got way more then you see here, I just ran out of patience to continue editing the photos...

@Basil

And when's the last time you photographed a McDonalds coffee cup? I didn't move a thing to take that photo... Standard rule of documentary photography apparently...

@Grantura

Just trying to take photos that haven't been taken a million times already, but I know what you mean...

great eye - very cool, thanks

As always.. great pics.
Wish I had half your eye.

Do not mean a neg...nice too see different sights, etc. I just have a major problem with todays youth not understanding history of people, motorcars, etc. There is more to life than X-box and the rest.
Thank you for sharing!

LOVE the German Shorthair Pointer(?) holding it's Flexi! :smile:

Thanks guys, just a normal vacation, really... With my rather unorthodox view of things

Yup, German Shorthair Pointer, a very well behaved dog

Good work.

Are the Martin Mars flying boats still on Vancouver Island?

I didn't see any in my travels, but then I didn't have as much time as I wanted to fully explore...
