my son got this yesterday and if anyone can help

Lots of parts in there... If you come across any extra Barometric pressure sensors that you feel like parting with, I'd gladly take them off your hands. My poor fasty is broke down in the garage till the FI system decides to work again.
Seriously, if you find any of those sensors, you better hold on to them.

sorry to hear that Ben, there is some discussion on the samba that the map must match the ecu

My MAP and ECU are gonna match each other in the trash can soon. It's a nice system, and runs great, when it runs. It's also 40 year old automotive electronics. If I were on the West coast, where all those die hard FI fans on the Samba are, and could find the parts, I might keep it, but I'm saving up for a progressive carb kit. This car ain't no concourse winner. I just wanted a cheap reliable toy.

Crushed about 10 complete type threes in Roswell before I quit there. Couldn't give them away so boss said they were worth $200 a ton baled..Sad
