I swear it's as if Triumph had a GT6 "Continuation Car" (smooth inline 6, 2 place coupe, IRS, and yes, even the blind spots). Plus, like the GT6 it wasn't produced in large numbers. Was looking for one for a few months, found it in Columbia, SC a few weeks ago and am very much all smiles.

Ha. Spent many weekends at The Gap and yep, I'm just a few miles South. This one's a low
mileage '08 ( so under $30).

.... How come you didn't hold out for a red one?
Was trying to stay within the parameters of: Manual Transmission, Under 25,000 miles, Sport Package, One owner, and Not the color Black. There just never were many qualifying vehicles (eight or less at a time since early spring). And honestly, my first choice color was white (Missed on one in the Washington, D.C. area early on in the hunt).

Beautiful car, it literally screams "BMW".

Nice line, nice interior, nice car.

You're a lucky man. And, if you're not used to driving modern BMWs, I humbly suggest that you REALLY concentrate on your speed for the first few hundred miles. In these cars, 60 MPH feels like 25 and 120MPH feels like 45! It is soooooo easy to amass speeding tickets . . . :cryin:

Cool ride! :yesnod:

Very nice -- I'm not particularly a fan of modern BMW styling but I *really* like the lines of this model. You should have a lot of good smiles out from this car.
