My New Toy Is Home

Oh yeah, one other question (tonight). I started to set my timing and can't get the distributor to move. I loosened the clamp and it would not move. Any ideas? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Seriously, try harder.

Jack's correct - its probably just stuck.

Hey Tony emailed you a list of Molly's needs. Let me know what you can do. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif

Ok, new question. There is a resistor mounted on the side of my electronic ignition module. The parts books call the part in question a drive resistor. The resistor is unplugged. What exactly does it do, and does it need to be plugged back up? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif
