I think my best bet is the San Diego MG club where I have a lead on 2 engines. It might be a week or three before I can get down there to look at them though.
 
Maybe they are just inexpensive in the north east.....

Probably 7 hours or so to drive to Infineon raceway. Might be a little out of my budget as well.........
