My new 3 car garage

I still say "Garage enlargemment party"!

I'd consider it more of a Barn-Raising. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I'm still holding on to the dream of a shed/barn in the back yard. I could easily fit a 12' x 20' back there, finances and zoning allowing. I live in a pretty rural area, so zoning is probably not that hard to make work. As for funding...

I do need to get a set of those for the Tunebug. Would be very handy. Need to check Harbor Freight next time I'm down in the city, seem to remember that they sold some as well.

I have a set of the $75 harbor freight ones. I used them a couple times and they've been sitting ever since. Half price to anyone local!

Oh, and don't use iron wheels on a painted or tiled floor.

From time to time, HF has them on half-price sale if you're a member of their on-line club (they send you coupons that you take to store)...I've got a set for every car in my garage....& most of them sit on "skates" all the time.

Wish I was closer, Steve--I'd take those off your hands. Too bad shipping would be a bit pricey.

I'll have to sign up for that HF online thingy. Not usually a fan of cheap tools, but sometimes cheap is okay.

My 3 car garage regularly holds 4 cars. The most I've had is 5 cars in it, and that was pretty crazy. Even my mechanic buddies (who regularly pack cars into the shop) were amazed that I could fit two Corvettes, two TR3s and a TR8 into a 3 car garage. (Yes, I used wheel dollies to move the second TR3 width-wise in between the other cars and the work bench.

"Lawn is just a space where a garage is yet to be built."

Call it "Applied Physics" Sam!

...or a lifesize Chinese puzzle.
