My mental health trip

Took my yearly mental health vacation down to southern Utah this past weekend. I like to get in at least 1 solo trip a year -- good for one's outlook on life. This year I returned to a favorite spot for the first night, and spent the next night in a new place. Quite the different locations, one a desert area overlooking a deep canyon (called Little Grand Canyon for obvious reasons), and the other a high mountain canyon by a nicely moving river. Both no more than 50 miles apart, and about a 3 hour drive from my house. What a place!

View from the Wedge in the San Raphael Swell. Campsite about a 5 minute walk from where this was taken.

Huntington Canyon campground -- this was taken from my campsite, tent and picnic table behind me.

dja take the BE?

Nope, took the mighty Hyundai and a mountain bike. Bugeye is on stands right now with no brakes, radiator, or gas tank... a work in progress.

Besides, I don't really think the Bugeye would do well as a 4x4!
