I'd like to thank everyone who made suggestions to help me in solving the problem of my engine conking out under normal driving conditions. With over 500 views to my post I'm assuming some would like to know what the problem was. Pretty simple as it turns out. My system has an inline fuel filter between the fuel tank and the fuel pump. The filter was clogged causing the fuel pump to overheat and shut down causing the engine to conkout under load of high speed driving. Replace the filter problem solved. :joyous:

Did you also blow out your fuel lines? This cause was a hard for me to troubleshoot when the line was nearly plugged and caused the pump to shut off.
I did blow out the fuel lines. I should have taken more care of the fuel system especially having the original fuel tank.
