Yes, I guess I would! They say the original DB5 with all of Qs mods was stolen from a airplane hanger in Florida never to be found again. My wild guess it is somewhere in the Middle East in some Saudi Kings collection or Castro had it shipped from Florida to Cuba and turned it into a taxi cab 90 miles away? Lol ..Who knows... Anyway it was fun reveiwing all the sub movie clips including the making of OO7 and the interviews with Q and Shawn Connery.

Maybe we can talk British car forums Steve Byers of the BJ8 Registry into tracking down James Bonds Original DB5 down...he is really good at that sort of thing! Agent OO Tarheely....Your country is calling.

I was in that hangar in Kissimmee, Florida once while on a business trip to inspect the P-51s they had there. There was a sign in the hangar where the Bond car had been parked before it was stolen. General opinion was that it ended up in the ocean someplace, but who knows? I would go look for it, but the BJ8s keep me too busy!

I used to attend Osh Gosh Wisconson air show every year camping out for a week walking the flight line and hob knobbing with some of the old WW2 American and Japanese pilots aces..they became friends after the war and would attend the Huge Osh Gosh event together. Anyway, I used to live in the Florida Keys, My brother used to be a diver for Mel Fisher who at the time was working a 17th century Spanish ship off the Florida keys back in 1977...they pulled up a lot of Spanish treasure at that time and I remember a lot of talk about searching for the Iconic James Bond DB5 at that time.. Theories where talked about on a regular basis among the treasure hunters Back then... A photo of Osh Gosh war bird.. Navy Corsair
 
I like that Corsair. My old friend Gary Meermans used to own it when he was Chief Pilot at United. He bought it at auction when the previous owners went to the big house, Tired Iron Racing Team From Casper, WY I believe.
 
I used to attend all the Oshkosh EAA events every year, I actually had a chance to fly in a WW2 German Henkel and seen some of the old American and Japanese aces there, two of which had engaged in a long drawn out dog fight and then became good friends after the war. I don't remember which one got shot down but it was a unusually long one one air battle. Since I was very much into aviation at the time I always took a very special interest In the WW2 air birds and had unlimited access to the flight line meeting the pilots, we don't call them the Greatest generation for nothing!
