Got the call Monday, her boarding school has been rented out and she has been evicted. Off to get her at noon!

Perfect !, I see you guy's don't have any snow down there now anyways - at least where the CTV news person was last night...

Home sweet home! :encouragement: Let the driving fun begin.

Not quite. nicer weather today and tomorrow but colder by the weekend. More to the point I just threw the passenger seat in the drivers spot and drove home rockin' and rollin'. the seats need re-upholstering, headlight switch replacing while the seats are out and I can get under the dash to get at the back. Probably ought to change the oil pump and a good grease/ clean polish at least. That said, the first show of the year is April 19!

BTW the place I stored it was the back of a company a friend works at - cool place with waaay more space than they need. The rooms I (and a few other cars are in) are being rented by a guy who makes dragsters. I may have to go investigate. Of course I also explained it needs to be empty again by the end of November

Jer, do you still have that nasty white stuff??

I know that's a great feeling when you can get back out on the road again. It's definitely easier to work under the dash with the seats out, although the contortions needed even with the seat out could put a yoga master to shame. My blower switch is needing replacement as the fan will spool up in the off position, and vice versa. To be honest, I'm not sure which side is off it's become so flaky.

yes... roads are bare, that's about it - found a solution though, going to Texas at end of week for 10 days... hopefully looking better when I get back !
