Moved to Surf City NC

We have a good base of British car fans in the area. This weekend we are having a gathering in Oriental, NC. If you want more details just send me a PM and I'll fill you in. Our group takes day trips to good restaurants frequently. We pick a destination, email each other and head out. Also, there is a large gathering of British cars in Wilmington at the end of October sponsered by the Cape Fear club at the Battleship North Carolina. There will be over 100 cars at that event.

I have some roots in Sneads Ferry NC, I loved Surf City which was 15-20 minutes away. I spent many a day surfing (surf is always decent) and hanging out under the roof at the pier. Plus if you have a boat New river Inlet and Brown Inlet are fishman havens. Beaches are clean and not packed with people

Hampstead and Wilmington 1 hour away, Swansboro and the emeral coast a hour or so.......great area

Yes there are !!!!!!!!!!!!! but they are kinda like the 70 virgin thing, you gotta be blind and in the dark to handle it

Hi there,

We have a very active MG car club here in North Carolina.

Mostly centered around Raleigh but every year we have a trip to the coast and a trip to the mountains (coming up in October)

Every month there is a Noggin and Natter, there is always a car show in Spring and now and again a Technical Session at the Flying Circus .

Lots more besides.
Great bunch of people and worth joining.
