Looks like it was meant to go there ! Very nice job and love the updates.
As someone said or maybe you did in one of your posts, Shelby should have
got together with Donald Healey instead of AC cars. Of course if that had
happened I sure would not have been able to afford to buy my Healey so guess
it's a good thing he didn't !

Hey Rick that looks good! While I am a big fan of Chevy engines, the Ford is definately my choice in a Healey.

It was my understanding that Ole Shelby did contact Donald before AC, but Donald was selling all the Healey's he could make so didn't want to just sell Carroll bodies... at least that's the way I heard it. Of course, Carroll knew Donald since he drove for him at Bonneville, so it certainly could be true.
