Moss or Victoria British?

Is one better than the other?

I have used and like both. M. seems to have a better catalog and their people seem very knowledgable. However, VB has some items that Moss does not always have available. The return policy of M. is very good. You will likely end up using both, and will ultimately make your own decision as to which you like best. M. also has many dealers that might offer some discount to catalog prices. Check out some of the advertisers on this forum. In any event get a catalog from each vendor. In addition there are many other vendors, British Car Specialists & British Parts NW are two that may offer sale items or items no one else seems to have. One final thought, some of the replacement items that are available are made cheaply primarily in Asia. They may be inferior to the part you are replacing. A case in point is replacement rotors were a problem for some time. I have replacement bumpers on my car, not expensive, but not real good quality either.

Everyone will have their own preference, but just consider that neither of them would have been in business so long if they didn't have lots of happy customers. They must be doing something right.

That said, also bear in mind that mistakes happen and inevitably some people will have had poor experiences with just about business, no matter how hard they try to please everyone.

Both businesses support owners with club magaine advertising and event sponsorship.

Your best bet will be to get both catalogs and check both websites, and then when the time comes to order parts, try each and see how it goes for you.
