Just got my recall notice from Moss for the Classic Gold MC's that I bought in December.
They seem to be offering full repalcement or refund,$75 to pay for removal,and $25 for inconvience plus they included the return shipping labels.
I think thats about as good as it gets for a distributor to stand by the products it sells.
Funny thing is,based on my inspection,I thought the ones I got where well made,and I had intended to use them,but will now be sending them back.

In my book the worth of a company is not the problems, but rather how they handle them.
Moss is to be commended as a supplier and that's why I continue to use them!
 
That's great. I had e-mailed them a couple of times in the last month to see if they had any updates on this issue since it had been so long since the original issue was reported but unfortunately did not get a reply.

Definitely a nice response. Did they say if the replacements are Classic Gold ones where the issue has been resolved or something different?
