MGB Moss major suspension kit MGB

Just took the 72 out for a good run this morning and noticed a rattling noise when I hit a bump in the road in the front end. First time on the road for months. It has all new bushings but am wondering if the spindle might be worn enough to cause this. Can't find any play anywhere. It's been serviced and greased before the run. I'm thinking of rebuilding the complete front end with new spindles, new bushings and the works. Question is, does the Moss front end kit include these spindles? Their add says their in the kit, but individually, their not available. There's no play in the steering wheel and the rack is full of oil. I know I'll find the culprit eventually, but any ideas are welcome. PJ

Sway bar, Paul? If so, check the vertical links at both ends for deteriorated rubber.

Didn't do that Doc. Will check them out today. I've had this thing up on stands, shaking everything I could and nothing makes any noise. Your idea makes a lot of sense. Thanks Doc. PJ

Try it with weight on the suspension. Raised up with the components all stressed you won't find much.
