Moss Bonnet Reversal Kit

I just bought a Moss bonnet reversal kit and it doesn't work right.It seems to be binding or catching somewhere on the new hinge. Anyone deal with this problem before?
 
never dealt with this particular problem before, but i have dealt with hinges binding - i usually loose-fit everything and make sure it doesn't bind, then tighten it up - sometimes one hinge being a little bit off could cause the problem. a little more off and i believe a hood could be damaged
