Morris Minor at Bonneville....HUH?

Just read some of their posts.

I am overcome by exposure to jargon.

Am I so used to LBC talk that I don't notice it, or are hot rodders worse than LBCers?

notice what?

Much worse....and I hang with this crowd, too...a balancing act, to be sure!

At any age! That first photo is a jewel. He looks like he has found his place. I can imagine that he is feeling the way I did when behind the wheel of the old TR3 racecar. I am usually down in the dumps, but my friend says that I light up at vintage races.

Made me think of this photo of Scott Janzen. I took it at the VRG race at Summit Point as Scott was unbelting after a race in his GT6 vintage racecar. It was the lead photo for the VRG newsletter article about the races. The lead-in was "How do you make a vintage racer smile?..."
