Morgan Plus Four Presssure Plate

Can anyone tell me who manufactures pressure plates (including part number) for the Triumph powered Morgan Plus Four? I am about to pull the transmission out of my 1958 Morgan and plan to replace the pressure plate and carbon disc in the throw-out bearing. I have heard that the pressure plate is the same as used in some of the Austin Healey models, but I don't know which models or part numbers are applicable. Thanks for any information that can be provided.

I realize this is a late post. I had read somewhere before it is similar to an AH PP, I got one through MorganSpares that was identical to the original.
