How thick is the clutch disc supposed to be? Should the face of the trow out bearing be greased?
Thanks

Face of the T/O bearing, Uh no, the grease can get thrown out and wind up on the friction materials.

You do want to get a good high temp(urea grease, is what I recommend) grease and grease the shaft the inner collar of the throw out bearing rides on, and the ears of the t/o bearing where they mate to the fork.
