Spitfire More rust repair

Country flag
Offline
So last week on Labor Day I spent the morning out in the garage working on the drivers side wheel well. I patched up some rot in preparation for welding in my repair panel on the seat deck. I just keep finding more and more small spots of rot. It feels good to be making headway.

The nights here are blazing hot still so the mornings are my best opportunity to work on the car and not get heatstroke or frustrated after 10 min. I cannot wait for December to roll around when the evenings get cooler.

With the little one and a full time job I really only get one or two if I am lucky mornings a week to spend 2 hours or so out there. So the progress is slow, but it’s becoming steady again. 1460B178-93A8-4C15-903F-0717844E447A.jpegA466A8B9-E456-40F3-A703-EF93F2C0FA09.jpeg33F82120-E6FE-42FB-9C06-C605239ACA9D.jpegB4DFE864-DD8D-4970-8392-1F8F41632431.jpegA77F4E91-5ED8-4C34-AA27-3518AE0B4152.jpeg
