is this for an XKE?

probably just going to offer it to someone to use as a pattern in BCF classifieds, but it would be nice to know what it fits....

'70 and later. '69 had a huge headrest, much taller than subsequent years. Earlier cars had no headrest "pockets", no holes for shoulder belt attachments.
